Jacques Thiout: Born July 1, 1913 in Martin-Église (Seine-Maritime). Died on August 6, 1971 in Boulogne (Hauts-de-Seine). French. Painter. He was a student of the School of Arts Appliqués in Paris, from 1929 to 1933, then of the School of Fine Arts in the Studio of Lucien Simon.
